You’ll dig into how current products and business models actually perform — what value they create, for whom, and at what cost. You’ll analyse data, challenge assumptions, and guide discussions across Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance to help the organisation decide what to invest in — and what to phase out.
It’s part product strategy, part business analysis, and a lot of stakeholder alignment. You’ll need to connect the dots between insight and impact, facilitate decisions, and translate commercial reasoning into clear product direction.

We’re looking for a Head of Design to lead and grow the global design practice at an international B2B SaaS/data company.
In this role, you’ll drive design direction across a broad product portfolio — ensuring consistent, high-quality user experiences and building the foundations for a unified design system. You’ll also play a key role in an ongoing transformation, as multiple brands and products are brought together into one cohesive global platform.
about you:
Several years of experience leading design in product organizations – ideally within B2B SaaS or data-intensive products.
Proven ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, creating clarity and alignment.
Experienced in shaping design systems, scalable processes, and ways of working across distributed teams.
Strong communicator, able to build shared understanding of design’s value across product, engineering, and commercial functions.
Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with a strong drive to create real business and user value.

We're helping a fast-growing startup find their Founding Product Designer — someone who’s excited about shaping a product, a user experience, and a design culture from the ground up.
You have a strategic mindset and a strong UX foundation, with experience from both larger companies and scale-ups. You've worked closely with leadership, navigated complex challenges, and know what it takes to scale a product and a vision from early stage to the next phase.
You'll have end-to-end ownership of the design craft — from high-level product strategy to creating intuitive and beautiful user experiences. You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team, and your work will have a direct impact on product direction, company growth, and user love.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small, agile environment — someone who loves setting the bar high, but also knows when to zoom in, get hands-on, and bring designs to life.
