We're looking for a sharp Content Operations Coordinator to keep things running smoothly for a music and podcast streaming company. You’ll manage incoming requests, fix metadata issues, and make sure content is delivered right every time—working closely with partners and teams across time zones.

You’re experienced in admin-heavy roles and comfortable jumping between multiple CMS or CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce. You’re detail-oriented, organised, and thrive on handling high-volume workflows without missing a beat. Strong communicator in English.

Bonus if you have Spanish or Portuguese, and know your way around DDEX or RSS metadata standards. But is not required!

Founding Product Designer

We're helping a fast-growing startup find their Founding Product Designer — someone who’s excited about shaping a product, a user experience, and a design culture from the ground up.

You have a strategic mindset and a strong UX foundation, with experience from both larger companies and scale-ups. You've worked closely with leadership, navigated complex challenges, and know what it takes to scale a product and a vision from early stage to the next phase.

You'll have end-to-end ownership of the design craft — from high-level product strategy to creating intuitive and beautiful user experiences. You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team, and your work will have a direct impact on product direction, company growth, and user love.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small, agile environment — someone who loves setting the bar high, but also knows when to zoom in, get hands-on, and bring designs to life.
